Spiritual Growth and Education
Opportunities for spiritual formation, Bible study, reflection and education are planned regularly throughout the school year. These include Companions in
Christ spiritual exploration, Disciple Bible Study, seasonal topical classes and lectures, interfaith studies, Christianity 101--Theological Survey, Lenten mid-week dinners, a Spring parish retreat and pilgrimages.
Holy Covenant Groups
Covenant small groups that meet every other week on Sunday nights and Monday
nights for conversation, laughter, life-sharing and prayer.
Book Discussion Group
On the second Wednesday of the month, lovers of literature gather at the
Parsonage to discuss a book. From novels to theology, politics to poetry, the
material is rich and the conversation fun.
Holy Covenant Art Gallery
The gallery at Holy Covenant, a mixed-use space that serves as our community
room, features monthly exhibitions by local artists. Past exhibitions have
included Art for Peace, Interwoven Expressions textiles by members of the
Duneland Weavers’ Guild; found art, and construction by John Naske, a Pilsen
artist; imaginative portraits of Jesus’s disciples by William Trotter, and many
others.
